Since the practice was established, Rosemary has provided invaluable backup to Fred enabling the practice to flourish and expand since this time. Rosemary is our practice’s Managing Partner and since becoming Partner in 1989, has managed the financial, marketing and HR aspects of the business.
As the practice developed, Rosemary completed an MBA course gaining her qualification with “Distinction” in 1993. Rosemary continues to ensure that the practice’s finances are prudently managed and in addition to this coordinated our practice’s successful achievement of our ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditations in 2010.
Rosemary was also key to our practice achieving Investors In People (IIP) accreditation in 2001, and we received an award from IIP in recognition of our 10 years continued achievement of the standard. Currently Rosemary is supporting the implementation of the compulsory GDPR legislation within our practice in conjunction with our Office Manager and business Partners.
A trained primary teacher, Rosemary speaks Spanish with ever-increasing fluency and is a former chairperson of local and regional committees and training groups within the Scottish Pre-School Playgroup Association (SPPA) The originator of the local playgroup 40 years ago, it is to her great satisfaction that this has now benefitted her 4 grandchildren in recent years.
